MAXE ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the MAXE platform, including our website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By using MAXE, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
Your data is yours. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Period.
To personalize your experience — including showing relevant clips on the homepage — we collect and analyze your stated interests, viewing history, clips you engage with, and categories you browse. This data is used exclusively to improve your MAXE experience and is never shared with advertisers.

By accessing or using the MAXE platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using MAXE on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes. MAXE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Email verification is required before accessing paid features. A 6-digit code will be sent to your email to confirm your identity.
MAXE users receive one (1) free introductory message per consultant per account lifetime. This allows you to introduce yourself and ask a brief question before committing to a paid plan.
After the free message, continued messaging requires a paid messaging plan. Plans are available at $5/week (10 messages), $15/month (50 messages), and $39/month (unlimited). Consultants set their own response SLAs. MAXE does not guarantee response times.
Message content must comply with our Community Standards. MAXE may review messages reported for violations. We do not read messages for marketing purposes.
Paid video content is purchased on a per-video basis. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to view the content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased content.
All purchases are final. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the content was materially misrepresented. To request a refund, contact [email protected].
Sessions are billed per minute at the consultant's listed rate. Billing begins when the session starts and ends when either party ends the session. Minimum session duration is 15 minutes. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may incur a fee equal to 50% of the estimated session cost.

All uploaded clips and videos are subject to AI-assisted and human review before publication. MAXE reserves the right to remove any content without notice.
Consultants are independent contractors, not employees of MAXE. Consultants are responsible for the accuracy of their credentials, the quality of their advice, and complying with any applicable professional licensing laws in their jurisdiction. MAXE takes a platform fee of 10–20% on all transactions. Consultants must complete background verification before going live on the platform.
MAXE is a platform that connects users with independent consultants. MAXE does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Content on the platform is for informational purposes only. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information obtained through the Platform. MAXE's total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you paid to MAXE in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
